ABOUT THE COFFEE

The method of removing caffeine applied by "Taf" is through the use of pure water from nature and the Descafecol plant. This plant can be found in Manizales, Colombia. The water comes from a spring near the plantations. It can be said that the water has been tested many times and is of excellent quality, and is suitable for processing coffee (tap water is not suitable due to the chemicals used to make it safe, as they will change the organic compounds and qualities of the coffee ). Removing the caffeine in this way does not significantly change the taste of the coffee.
