Or mix with alcohol and brush on for a more waterproof solution. Can be used on cakes, chocolate and caramel or other solid pastry surfaces.
Ingredients: Anti-dusting agent (E 555), Dye (E 172).
Application: Dust is used as a decoration on cakes and confectionery. Use a brush to paint if necessary.
Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight in a dry and airtight space.
