Chocolate bars are made with organic cocoa from a sustainable plantation in Peru, which is delicious, high in antioxidants and healthy fats. All our bars are organic and ethically produced.

How much net carb is in each bar of Funky Fat Chocolate?

All dark chocolate flavors (dark, hazelnut, coconut, coffee) have 2.5g of net carbs per chocolate bar. White chocolate has only 0.5g of net carbs per bar.

I'm not on keto. Can I still eat Funky Fat Chocolate?

Of course, Funky Fat Chocolates are for everyone! Keto or not. However, you get the best health benefits when you cut back on simple carbohydrates (or simple sugars). Examples include bread, pasta, white rice, white potatoes, and breakfast cereals. They increase insulin and prevent fat burning. However, just like "good fats" and "bad fats", there are those carbohydrates that are slowly released into your body, meaning no blood sugar spike. Good sources of carbohydrates include dark leafy greens such as spinach and kale. In fact, any vegetable (usually those that grow above the ground), such as broccoli, cauliflower, and green peppers, are great carbs.

Are Funky Fat chocolates suitable for diabetics or people with diabetes?

Absolutely. The bars do not contain sugar. The sweetener erythritol also has a low glycemic effect. So it is safe for people with diabetes.
