Originating from underground salt sources in Villena, the salt flakes are hand-harvested and dried by the Alicante wind in the Mediterranean sun.
Red wine salt, as the name suggests, is salt infused with red wine that we obtain from the Catalan Priorat district in Spain known for its powerful but elegant wines. The result is a beautiful magenta salt with clear aromas of wine that is well suited to fried meat.
