A mix of delicious salt flakes obtained from underground salt springs in Villena, Spain and multi-coloured strands of seaweed from the underwater herb gardens of the French Atlantic coast.
Nori, sea lettuce and red dulse give this salt beautiful hues and spice up both raw and cooked fish and egg dishes. Can also be used like table salt.
