For a hint of citrus on fish and vegetable dishes
Originating from underground salt sources in Villena, our hand-harvested salt flakes are dried by the Alicante wind in the Mediterranean sun.
They are then infused in oil obtained from sun-dried lemons with a green drizzle of lemon thyme. Citrus salt flakes are suitable for all types of fish and vegetables.
Ingredients: Salt (NaCl) 96.1%, Lemon Thyme 2.9%*, Lemon oil, 1%, Turmeric. * = Organic.
