Mushroom salt for soups and pasta dishes
Porcini, also known as Karl Johan mushroom, imparts an excellent taste to soups, pasta and dishes with eggs.
We have incorporated dried porcini mushroom granules with salt flakes, resulting in delicious woodland aromas and flavours. The salt flakes come from Salina de la Fortuna Salt Lake in Alicante, Spain.
Ingredients: Porcini granules, Salt (NaCl).
