The Helsar processing plant started in 2004. and belongs to the Peres and Barrantes families. Located in the micro-region Liano Bonito, in the Alajuela region, Naranjo, Costa Rica. At the moment the varieties Caturra, Catuai, Villasarchi and Villalobos are being planned, planning in the future to work with Geisha, and varieties of SL28.
The total production of the farm is 2500 bags.
Magdalene farm is just five hectares, a relatively small farm. The soil is volcanic and cultivate varieties Caturra and Villasarchi.
The processing of the coffee, which is grown on the Magdalene farm, is carried out at the Helsar farm. The process is wet.
