Naturally processed coffees are often known for their softer, low-acid profiles, but this Buena Vista Pink Bourbon defies expectations with its crisp brightness and vibrant red fruit flavors. It’s a standout example of how naturals can deliver a clean, punchy cup. Prodigal first featured coffee from Buena Vista almost two years ago, and they are thrilled to bring it back!

This lot underwent a highly selective harvest with only the ripest cherries picked and floated to ensure optimal density. The coffee was carefully dried in thin layers on well-ventilated beds, turned six times daily over 20-24 days to achieve even drying and maintain its exceptional quality.
