El Socorro, a third-generation coffee farm in Palencia, Guatemala, has been under the care of Diego de la Cerda since 1999. Spanning 700 hectares, only 125 hectares are dedicated to coffee cultivation, while the remainder is preserved as natural forest - a testament to the farm’s commitment to sustainability and biodiversity.

Diego produces a range of exceptional coffees, including Pacamara, Geisha, and Bourbon, many of which are shade-grown alongside other crops like avocados to promote a healthy ecosystem. In 2023, El Socorro cemented its reputation as a leader in rare and exclusive coffees by winning the Guatemalan Cup of Excellence with one of their Geisha lots.

This Red Bourbon, grown with the same care and dedication, showcases the excellence El Socorro is known for. With a vibrant and balanced flavor profile, it’s a true standout.
