Pot roast's best friend.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) with a little salt, pepper and garlic can liven up any roast. Sautéed in butter, it lends itself beautifully to steak, chicken, lamb and pork chops, oven-baked potato wedges, pumpkins and stir-fry vegetable dishes with beans and artichokes.
Definitely in the top 10 of Mill and Mortar’s favourite herbs.
