The decision to start roasting specialty coffee was more spontaneous than planned. We embark on this adventure with the desire to provide very tasty coffees, searching for the best roast profile.
The first coffee we feature is Cordillera del Fuego from Costa Rica. We chose it as the competition coffee for the Bulgarian Aeropress Championship because it is complex and creates a dessert in a cup.
