For their first-ever Spring Coffee, The Barn brings us a beautifully expressive washed lot from Edido, a village nestled in the legendary Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Known for producing coffees with exceptional clarity and floral nuance, Edido delivers exactly that—a cup with elegant florals, gentle sweetness, and crisp acidity, perfect for this time of year.

This is The Barn’s first selection from the Edido washing station, where smallholder farmers from the village and surrounding hillsides bring their ripe cherries for meticulous processing. The result is a versatile coffee that shines across both espresso and filter methods, offering a vibrant yet comforting profile that mirrors the change of seasons.
