Nestled in the scenic region of South Minas Gerais, Fazenda Santa Izabel is renowned for its exceptional coffee. Acquired by Nobletree Coffee Farms in 2013 from Marco Suplicy, the farm has since undergone major improvements, marking a new chapter of excellence.

Santa Izabel has received international recognition, winning 1st place in the BSCA Aroma Competition in 2020, 17th place at the 2020 Cup of Excellence for its Bourbon, and 1st place in the BSCA Washed Category in 2016.

The farm cultivates 40 coffee varieties and continues to refine its selection for future harvests. Committed to sustainability, Santa Izabel also supports local producers through workshops and training, helping them connect with global markets.

In partnership with SEBRAE and SENAR, Falcafe hosts field days and training sessions covering specialty coffee practices, post-harvest techniques, drying, cupping, and sales support — empowering the community and promoting sustainable growth.

Blind Monkey is a specialty coffee roastery based in Dublin, built on a simple idea: great coffee starts long before it reaches the cup. Every step — from sourcing to roasting — is guided by clarity, precision, and respect for origin. 

Founded by Irish Barista Champion and World Championship finalist Wojciech Tysler, Blind Monkey brings years of experience from competition stages into everyday coffee. What began as a personal pursuit of excellence evolved into a roastery focused on transparency, consistency, and flavour. 
They work closely with producers and cup extensively to select only coffees that truly stand out. Each lot is roasted in-house to highlight its natural character — clean, expressive, and honest. 

Blind Monkey is not just a name, but a mindset: focus on what matters and let the coffee speak.
