BULGARIAN AEROPRESS CHAMPIONSHIP '25
Join us for the fifth edition of the Bulgarian Aeropress Championship, organized by Drekka. This year we are once again bringing together lovers of the most brewcoffeeanywhere method of coffee preparation to show what they are capable of.
The green coffee for the competition is provided by our partner Equation, and the official water for the second consecutive year is provided by Brita.
A new feature this year is the permitted use of the Original Filter cap, which adds additional variety to the possibilities for preparing the competition recipe.
On June 7th we will find out who will represent Bulgaria at the World Final, which will be held in Asia (city not yet announced). All travel expenses, including airfare, hotel accommodation and airport-hotel-airport transfers, are covered by Drekka.
COMPETITION WATER
The official water of the Bulgarian Aeropress Championship will once again be provided in partnership with BRITA. The same start for everyone, but we are sure of totally different glasses at the end.
RACING CAFE
The competition coffee has been specially selected by Hristo and the Equation team. After last year’s successful attempt to provide the coffee on the competition day, this year we are doing it again. Each participant will receive 200 grams of competition coffee on the day of the championship. Within two hours, everyone will be able to develop their competition recipe in the training room. As always, the competition coffee will remain a secret until the day of the championship itself.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The official water of the Bulgarian Aeropress Championship will be provided in partnership with BRITA and is the only water that can be used to prepare the competition recipe. Each participant will have access to the filtered water during preparation on the day of the competition.
All competitors will receive the competition coffee on the day of the competition.
Each participant will have two hours on the day of the competition to prepare their competition recipe.
Each participant will be entitled to one companion who will have access to the training and competition.
