Calm Thunder is the first decaffeinated coffee in the "Serious Coffee" series. Green coffee has been decaffeinated using the CO2 process, so everyone can be fooled by it, because it cannot be recognized from its taste that it is caffeine-free (so it is very important that this coffee is not chemically processed )! Since it's hard to find good decaffeinated coffee, we are very proud of Calm Thunder, as it provides a perfect coffee experience even in the middle of the night! Like all Peruvian coffees, it is characterized by medium or low acidity, fullness and at the same time vibrant flavours and sensations.
