ABOUT THE COFFEE

With the help of Cooperativa de Cafes Especiales in the Nariño region, a social program has been designed to prioritize quality and aims to help the region's smallest producers.
Additionally, Nariño has a unique climate pattern. This region is very humid and rainfall can be intense throughout the year. Surprisingly, every year, precisely at harvest time, the sun is constant and helps create better conditions for picking and drying the coffee.

Since the opening of Kawa, they have made the decision to focus on roasting with the motto, to offer the best quality and with the greatest regularity. What is a good roast from the point of view of Kawa? It’s the one that will awaken your taste buds and enhance the original terroir.
