Wilder Lazo, the driving force behind their innovation, brings a wealth of knowledge from his background in bovine genetics, which he applied to improve coffee genetics and save the family farm. This dedication led to the acquisition of Bella Alejandria in 2016 and his recent collaboration with the El Placer Farms Project. Wilder’s commitment to genetics and precise post-harvest processes highlights the unique attributes of each coffee variety, elevating their reputation even further.
