Jimenez and Wilhelm Kahle, who planted some of the earliest specialty coffee farms in the early 1900s with a vision to produce the world’s finest coffee. Building on over 200 years of family tradition in specialty coffee, Alejo has dedicated himself to elevating coffee quality while fostering a positive environmental impact.

At Volcán Azul, the combination of highly fertile volcanic soil and meticulous processing techniques has resulted in a legacy of award-winning coffees from Costa Rica.
