A Note From Matthias
At C•SOL, Matthias founded the roastery as a way to capture the moments that make life feel more than ordinary. Inspired by his travels through Australia, he set out to share the beauty of slowing down and savoring meaningful experiences through coffee. For him, every cup is a connection — to people, to places, and to the stories behind each bean. His vision is simple: build a community that values sustainability, quality, and the journey from farm to cup.
