ABOUT THE COFFEE

This exceptional coffee comes from Finca Cruz Loma, where husband-and-wife team Galo Morales and Maria Alexandra Rivera, along with their family, have cultivated the Sidra variety of Arabica. The coffee is processed using the anaerobic natural method, in which the whole fruit ferments in an oxygen-free environment before drying. Sidra, an Ethiopian coffee variety, was at some point introduced to Ecuador and later made its way to neighboring Colombia.
