They let their beans hang out in a dry ferment for a solid 36 hours before letting them chill on the patio for a sun-soaked 17 days. As for the naturals? Oh, they're picky in the best way! Only the ripest cherries make the cut, and they get a luxurious 17-21 day spa treatment on raised beds. Annually, this high-flying farm churns out a whopping 2200 quintales of cherry.
