GRAIN OF TRUTH is Paper & Tea Genmaicha, a traditional blend of Japanese Sencha green tea with roasted rice. Its toasty notes have earned it the nickname "popcorn tea."
To achieve the perfect balance of savory, nutty, and fresh flavors in Paper & Tea Genmaicha, they combine traditional steamed Japanese Sencha with medium-roasted rice.
Paper & Tea source their GRAIN OF TRUTH directly from Japan, from a family-run business with years of expertise in producing high-quality green tea, with which they have a close partnership. By combining traditional and modern techniques, they create exceptional tea varieties.
