TASTE THE GUEST ROASTER

Are you interested in learning how different coffees are evaluated? The process is called cupping and is used by all professionals in the coffee industry – from the farmers who grow the coffee to the green coffee resellers, the head roaster who chooses the best roast profile to the barista who prepares the perfect coffee drink. Cupping is a standard assessment process and follows certain rules of conduct.

During a one-hour session, we will tell you about the basic techniques and rules of cupping. We will demonstrate the process and give you the opportunity to evaluate the main characteristics (aroma, taste, aftertaste, body, acidity, etc.) of a selected selection of specialty coffees from our guest roaster of the month.
