In making the V60, it's all about freedom. Unlike traditional V60 drippers where coffee is extracted by constantly pouring hot water, this dripper is specifically designed for immersion.
To make delicious coffee you need freshly ground specialty coffee, a filter, your favourite cup or pot and a scale. Place the filter in the dripper and place it on the pot you are using to serve the coffee. The filtration process only takes 3-4 minutes.
Another advantage of this method is the extremely easy maintenance. After use, simply remove the filter and wash the dripper under running water.
The metal ball placed at the base of the dripper blocks the water flow, allowing the poured water to remain inside the dripper for 2 minutes. Then, at the push of a button, the coffee flows into the coffee cup, allowing for easy and even extraction of the coffee.
