At Rose, Pink Bourbon holds a special place in their hearts, particularly the classic washed profiles. Bursting with bright citrus, delicate florals, and a crisp sweetness, it’s the kind of coffee they could enjoy all day, every day.

This lot was sourced through their partners at The Coffee Quest, who work closely with smallholder farmers in Huila to identify the very best Pink Bourbon harvests. At the dry mill, each farmer’s contribution is carefully cupped and assessed, before being blended into a larger, export-ready lot that showcases the vibrant clarity and elegance of Pink Bourbon at its finest.
