Smoked over Spanish oak wood

Originating from underground salt springs in Villena, Spain, our hand-harvested salt flakes are dried by the Alicante wind in the Mediterranean sun. The salt flakes are then placed in a closed chamber and smoked for several weeks with burning oak wood. Smoked salt is extremely popular in the Nordic kitchen and can be used with all types of ingredients.
