High in the cool highlands of Huehuetenango, this Christmas coffee is grown beneath a canopy of shade and fruit trees, where biodiversity shapes both the land and the cup. Warm days and crisp mountain nights allow the cherries to develop a deep, natural sweetness before being carefully processed in San Antonio Huista.

The result is a cup that’s rich, comforting, and quietly complex — a festive companion for slow mornings, shared tables, and a properly cla-la-la-loud Christmas.
