Cayenne pepper is one of the oldest and best-known chilies on our latitude. Cayenne pepper is strong (between 30,000 to 50,000 on the Scoville scale) and even finely ground powder should hence be used in small amounts. Mill&Mortar cayenne pepper is grown organically in Spain where it is called Pimenton Picante.
