Cold brew coffee is made through a cold extraction process, creating a smooth, refreshing flavor with natural sweetness. Our process ensures that the coffee’s freshness and taste are preserved, delivering a crisp, invigorating drink that captures the pure essence of the coffee beans.

Coffee selection
The coffee used in the latest batches of Dancing Goats' cold brew is a single-origin specialty coffee, expertly roasted by Drekka Coffee Roasters. Selected for its exceptional sweetness, it boasts rich notes of caramel, cane sugar, and chocolate.
Filtered water
The water is carefully filtered to achieve maximum purity for the extraction process, ensuring consistent taste in every batch.
Slow extraction
The extraction process takes up to 24 hours, as the cold water needs more time to fully engage with the coffee.
