This is how it's done around the world, from smiling Sri Lankans on the beach to suburban kids with sidewalk stands. Then one day the light bulb went on. What if instead of making lemonade for pocket money, like these kids, they made it for a good cause?

RAINFOREST CHARITEA

30 ml Lemonaid Lime
40 ml ChariTea Green
40 ml vodka
15 ml agave syrup
15ml Cointreau

Pour all ingredients into a shaker at once, add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass, adding a cucumber slice for garnish and ice cubes.

VODKA LEMONAID

60 ml of vodka
Lemonaid Lime or Passion Fruit

Take a sip from the bottle. Add the vodka. Close and shake for a bit. Done.

LEMOJITO

40-60 ml of rum
Lime, cut into wedges
5-6 fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp. cane sugar
Lemonaid Lime

Crush the mint leaves, lime wedge and cane sugar in a tall glass. Top with crushed ice and Lemonaid Lime.
