Introducing Splash — a coffee meticulously crafted for those who cherish a cup that’s as artful as it is flavorful. Located in the lush landscapes of Boquete, Panama, the Creativa Coffee District has developed a unique fermentation process that elevates every sip to a masterpiece of taste.

Splash begins with the finest selection of Geisha and Catuai cherries, freshly harvested from the volcanic soils of Panama. These cherries are then depulped and undergo a brief yet impactful aerobic fermentation for 24 to 48 hours. This careful process preserves the beans’ intrinsic flavors and aromas, while a specially curated blend of lactic acid bacteria is introduced to enrich the coffee’s complexity and depth.

The resulting flavor profile not only showcases the distinct terroir of Panama but also captures the elegant essence of its native coffee varieties. Whether one is a devotee of classic, refined tastes or an explorer of rich, intricate notes, Splash is crafted to impress and inspire.

Originating from the Creativa Coffee District, where art and coffee blend into a vibrant tapestry, their processing facility is more than just a place of production—it’s a hub of innovation and artistic expression. Here, collaboration and creativity reign as they work closely with top producers from Boquete, Hornitos, and Renacimiento to source the best coffee cherries.

Their coffee offerings are categorized into two distinct lines: Traditional Varieties and Exotic Varietals, each with its own Reserve Series for truly exceptional selections. In the Traditional Varieties, one will discover the cherished Catuai, Caturra, and Typica, each variety benefiting from bold and precise fermentation techniques, yielding extraordinary flavors that celebrate the legacy and potential of the region’s coffee.
