Elderflower Gin & Tonic

Ingredients
4 cl of Vodka Le Philtre
10 cl of Hysope Tonic Water Lemon
2 cl of orgeat syrup
3 basil leaves

Garnish
Slice of dehydrated lemon

Preparation
Fill a Collins glass with large ice cubes and mix with a cocktail spoon to chill your glass.
Place the basil leaves in a shaker and muddle them.
Add large ice cubes to your shaker as well as 4 cl of Vodka Le Philtre and 2 cl of orgeat syrup.
Shake, shake!
Pour the mixture into the Collins glass using a cocktail strainer.
Add 10 cl of Hyssop Tonic Water Lemon then garnish with a basil leaf that you have squeezed* and a slice of dehydrated lemon.

*Hysope tip:

Squeeze your herbs and spices before using them in your cocktails! To do this, tap the leaves against the palm of your hand. This will bring out all their aromas.

Ingredients
4 cl of Citadelle Red Gin
12 cl of Hysope Lemon Tonic Water

Garnish
Slice of lemon
Pink berries

Preparation
Fill a swimming pool glass with large ice cubes and chill it by stirring with a cocktail spoon.
Pour 4 cl of Citadelle Red Gin and top up with 12 cl of Hysope Lemon Tonic Water. Mix again.
Add a slice of yellow lemon and a pinch of pink berries to your glass.
Make a splash: serve with the bottle of Hysope Lemon Tonic Water*!

* Hysope tip:
Serving your cocktail with the small bottle allows your guests to top up their cocktail if they wish!

To The Moon

Ingredients
4 cl of Whiskey Monkey Shoulder
12 cl of Hysope Tonic Water Lemon

Garnish
Slice of lemon

Preparation
Take an Old Fashioned glass and fill it with large ice cubes.
Mix everything to cool the glass with a cocktail spoon.
Start by pouring 4 cl of Whiskey Monkey Shoulder and 12 cl of Hysope Tonic Water Lemon.
Mix again before placing a slice of lemon on your cocktail.
If your guests want to adjust the quantities: serve with the bottle of Hysope Tonic Water Lemon!
