About Hysope

Hysope begins with the story of an epicurean.

In 2019, Mériadec Buchmuller, founder of Hysope and lover of good products, realized there was a gap in the market: no Mixer was up to the job of sublimating the spirits he loved the most. Too sweet, too bland, too full-bodied, too flat... it was impossible to find THE Mixer that would bring out the best in his cocktails and aperitifs.

From there an idea was born: create a brand of Premium Mixers for all lovers of cocktails and good products, like him.

Spritz Rosé

INGREDIENTS
3 cl of Giffard Wild Elderflower Liqueur
2 cl of lemon juice
20 cl of Grapefruit Hysope Craft Soda

Garnish
Edible flowers

PREPARATION
- Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
- Stir with a cocktail spoon to chill the glass.
- Pour 3 cl of Giffard Wild Elderflower Liqueur into your glass.
- Add 2 cl of lemon juice.
- Top up with 20 cl of Hysope Grapefruit Craft Soda.
- Stir gently vertically (so as not to break the bubbles) with a cocktail spoon.
- Decorate with edible flowers.

Smoky Paloma

INGREDIENTS
3 cl of Mezcal Koch
1 cl of agave syrup
15 cl of Hysope Soda Craft Grapefruit

Garnish
Sel au piment d’Espelette

PREPARATION
- Prepare your highball glass by circling it with salt with Espelette pepper on the rim, using sugar syrup or lime.
- Fill your glass with large ice cubes and stir with a cocktail spoon to chill it.
- Pour 3 cl of Mezcal Koch into your glass.
- Add 1 cl of agave syrup.
- Stir once with a cocktail spoon.
- Top up with 15 cl of Hysope Soda Craft Grapefruit.
- Stir a second time with a cocktail spoon, vertically (to avoid breaking the bubbles).
- Garnish with half a slice of grapefruit.

Le Parfait Paloma

INGERDIENTS
4 cl of Tequila Blanco Don Julio
2 cl of lime juice
1 cl of agave syrup
12 cl of Hysope Soda Craft Grapefruit

Garnish
Half-slice lime

PREPARATION
- Prepare your highball glass by circling it with fleur de sel on the rim, using sugar syrup.
- Fill your glass with large ice cubes and stir with a cocktail spoon to chill it.
- Pour 4 cl of Tequila Blanco Don Julio into your glass.
- Add 2 cl of lime juice and 1 cl of agave syrup.
- Stir once with a cocktail spoon.
- Top up with 12 cl of Hysope Soda Craft Grapefruit.
- Stir a second time, vertically (so as not to break the bubbles), with a cocktail spoon.
- Garnish with half a slice of grapefruit.
