Elderflower Gin & Tonic

INGREDIENTS
4 cl Drouin Gin
12 cl Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water

Garnish
Half slice of orange
Sprig of rosemary

PREPARATION
1. Fill a G&T glass with large ice cubes. Mix with a cocktail spoon to freshen it.
2. Pour 4 cl of Gin Drouin.
3. Top with 12 cl of Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water. 4. Mix again.
5. Place half a slice of orange and a sprig of rosemary* for presentation.
6. Serve with the bottle of Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water, to adapt your Gin & Tonic to your own taste!


* Hysope's tip:
For more aromas, consider using fresh rosemary!

Tom Collins

INGREDIENTS
4 cl G'Vine Floraison Gin
12 cl Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water
2 cl lemon juice

Garnish
Lemon slice

PREPARATION
1. In a Collins glass filled with large ice cubes, pour 4 cl of Gin G’Vine Floraison.
2. Add 2 cl lemon juice, then 12 cl Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water.
3. Stir again using your cocktail spoon.
4. Place 1 slice of lemon against the side of the glass.
5. Enjoy served with a bottle of Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water!

To The Moon

INGREDIENTS
4 cl Moon Gin
10 cl Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water
1.5 cl White vermouth
1 cl Violet Liqueur

Garnish
Lemon zest

PREPARATION
1. Fill a G&T glass with large ice cubes.
2. Mix with a cocktail spoon to diffuse the freshness in the glass.
3. Place new ice cubes in a mixing glass.
4. Pour 4 cl of Moon Gin, 1.5 cl of white vermouth, then 1 cl of violet liqueur and mix.
5. Pour everything over ice into your glass, using a cocktail strainer.
6. Top with 10 cl of Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water.
7. Pinch the zest of the lemon between your fingers to express it and place it on top of the cocktail.
