Their dedication to quality is evident in this Gesha, a departure from the fruitier profiles we typically find in Peru. The clarity, juicy acidity and floral aromatics of this coffee remind us of Colombian Geshas. The Guerreros, once solely focused on local markets, now embrace specialty coffee, investing in their land and experimenting with processing to unlock the full potential of their coffee.

We are beyond excited to welcome Colonna Coffee to our shelves this month! Based in the historic city of Bath, UK, Colonna is anything but traditional when it comes to coffee. Founded by Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood - a three-time UK Barista Champion and a true visionary in the specialty coffee world - this roastery is known for pushing boundaries and delivering flawless flavour.

From groundbreaking work on coffee capsules and water chemistry, to their meticulous sourcing and roasting, Colonna approaches coffee with precision, passion, and purpose. Every release is treated like a curated experience, with a focus on clarity, varietal expression, and innovation.

We have chosen Colonna not just for their incredible coffees (though yes, they’re stunning!), but because of how they challenge the status quo - making high-end coffee both accessible and exciting.
