How to prepare a cappuccino at home?

 

Equipment

FOR THE COFFEE

Aeropress

2 filters

Kettle

Cappuccino cup

Balance

Timer (you can use an app on your phone)

Coffee maker

 

FOR MILK

Warming vessel

Thermometer

Glass breaking vessel

Electric stirrer

 

Products

20 g coffee

50 g water

150 ml milk

 

 

1. GRIND COFFEE

Fine lyin' like an espresso. If you don't have a coffee grinder, ask them to brave it when you buy it.

 

2. HEAT THE MILK

Warm the milk on a hob to 55 degrees,
then place it in a tall glass container. Set aside.

 

 

3. RINSE THE FILTER


Insert the two filters into the airpress cap and
pour with hot water to avoid a paper taste in the glass with the extract.

 

 

4. PLACE THE COFF EE


Place the airpress inverted on the scale and pour the coffee.

 

 

5. POUR THE COFF EE AND STIR

Start the timer. Pour the coff ee with Exactly 50 grams of hot water. 

Stir vigorously for 30 seconds.

 

6. PREPARE THE COFFEE

Place the filters and cap on the Aeropress

and turn it over to the cappuccino cup.

Press hard until all the liquid passes.

 

THE RESULT: KAIMAK

 

 

7. BEAT THE MILK

Beat the warm milk with an electric whisk to get a fine foam.

 

 

8. ADD THE MILK

You can transfer it to a can for a more convenient or

directly pour over the finished coff ee in swirling motions so that you can mix the milk and coffee.
