Two natural Ethiopians from the same terroir, equally blended for perfect harmony between flavors and body. Stone fruits with layers of apricot, red berries, and chocolate. An elegant, round cup that feels both refined and comforting.

The Signature Assemblage is a high quality seasonal blend. This one was created from two natural coffees grown in the Guji Highlands, where altitude, biodiversity and tradition meet.

The result is a blend that captures Moklair's philosophy: pure, balanced and tactilely elegant. Each sip expresses ripe fruit, sweetness and harmony, crafted for those who seek everyday excellence without compromise.

The lots come from Hambela and Uraga, processed at the Suke Kuto site by Shonora Trading PLC, a family-run exporter that works directly with over 150 smallholder farmers. Beyond quality, their work supports education, transport and road development, reflecting the community spirit that defines Ethiopia's coffee culture.

ABOUT Moklair

Moklair Coffee Roasters is a micro-roastery and coffee bar from Reims, France - right in the heart of the Champagne region. Founded in 2020 by competition-driven baristas Kévin David and Charity Cheung, Moklair spent a full year obsessing over roast precision before opening their doors to the public in early 2022. 

Their style is unapologetically light, clean, and high-definition, built around meticulous sourcing, disciplined roasting, and the belief that extraction is part of quality (not an afterthought). 

Competition is genuinely in their DNA: Moklair has collected 7 trophies in 3 years, including French Barista Champion (2022, 2025) and French Brewers Cup Champion (2022, 2024), plus a French Coffee in Good Spirits title in 2024.
