Rose Coffee Roasters is a boutique coffee roastery based in Zurich, Switzerland, founded and run by World Brewers Champion Matt Winton. With a clear philosophy of emphasizing sweetness, purity and brightness, Rose carefully selects seasonal microlots and single origins from trusted farmers. Their roasting style is light and precise, designed to reveal the unique character of each coffee, while maintaining balance and accessibility in the cup.
