Falcafe shares its coffee expertise with local farmers through the “Neighbours and Friends Program”, aiming to elevate specialty coffee quality in regions like Mogiana and Ouro Fino. The initiative provides training and guidance from an agronomy team that advises on ideal coffee varieties and modern cultivation techniques. In partnership with SEBRAE and SENAR, Falcafe hosts field days and workshops covering all stages of coffee production — from post-harvest practices and drying methods to cupping and sales support.

Blind Monkey is a specialty coffee roastery based in Dublin, built on a simple idea: great coffee starts long before it reaches the cup. Every step — from sourcing to roasting — is guided by clarity, precision, and respect for origin. 

Founded by Irish Barista Champion and World Championship finalist Wojciech Tysler, Blind Monkey brings years of experience from competition stages into everyday coffee. What began as a personal pursuit of excellence evolved into a roastery focused on transparency, consistency, and flavour. 
They work closely with producers and cup extensively to select only coffees that truly stand out. Each lot is roasted in-house to highlight its natural character — clean, expressive, and honest.
