COOK WITH MILL&MORTAR

Spicy yoghurt dressing with Rasta Pasta for grilled vegetables

Dressings on yogurt are fresh and acidic - and with a little Rasta Pasta in it gives it a nice spicy touch. Here is a suggestion for a wonderful dressing, which is generously drizzled over grilled vegetables. It can also be used as a marinade for meat or fish or as a dipping sauce for the dinner table.

INGREDIENTS

Spicy yogurt dressing:

- 2 dl yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of Rasta Pasta
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 clove of finely grated garlic
- 1 teaspoon light vinegar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped mango (can also be replaced with other fruit, e.g. strawberries)

Grilled Corn:

- 3 corn cobs
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 handful of fresh coriander

HERE'S HOW YOU DO IT

Spicy yogurt dressing:

Stir the ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl. Start with a bit of the Rasta Pasta seasoning, you can always spice up, but not down!

Grilled Corn:

Brush the cobs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Turn on the grill. Place the corn cobs on the grill and grill for approx. 10-15 minutes, turning them regularly, until tender.

Arrange the grilled corn on the cob on a plate.

Pour the yogurt dressing over the hot corn on the cob. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh coriander.

BON APPETITE!

Mill&mortar have been inspired by the colors and flavors of the Caribbean and developed a spice mix that both children and adults can participate in. The spice mix has notes of lemon thyme, nutmeg, garlic and allspice and is used to flavor pasta, noodles, rice or chicken. Can also be used in dressings and marinades.
