FOR THE COFFEE

As part of their first-ever Spring Coffee release, The Barn has introduced a standout washed lot from the village of Edido, located in Ethiopia’s iconic Yirgacheffe region. Known for its high altitudes and heirloom varietals, Yirgacheffe continues to enchant with coffees that are elegant, floral, and full of life - and Edido is no exception.

This particular lot was selected for its delicate balance of florals, sweetness, and crisp acidity, making it an ideal choice for both filter and espresso brewing. With its light, uplifting character, it perfectly captures the freshness and renewal of the spring season.

Sourced from the Edido washing station, where local farmers deliver hand-picked cherries for processing, this is The Barn’s first release from this microregion, expanding their already impressive Ethiopian portfolio. A thoughtful and seasonal expression of Yirgacheffe terroir, this release reflects The Barn’s ongoing dedication to showcasing the best of origin and craft.
