The secrets of the uterus

The uterus has gained great popularity in the last few years. Undoubtedly, it is quite up to date, but what it really is and what makes it so special.

Briefly

The matcha is fine, green powder obtained from carefully crushed natural leaves green tea.

Useful properties

The base is a highly concentrated form of green tea, rich in useful vitamins and minerals. To increase the chlorophyll, the tea bushes are grown in the shade. So the leaves that make the matcha become richer in nutrients. When you drink the matcha extract all the nutrients of the green tea, as it dissolves completely in liquids and thus consumes the whole tea leaf.

In green tea and especially the matcha contain a large number of flavonoids with scientifically proven antioxidant action. The matcha is also known for its high content of catechin EGCG, which increases and enhances the function of the heart. There are allegations that the daily intake of foods and beverages containing flavonoids may protect our body from the action of free radicals to which they are exposed each day. Globally, there are studies on the benefits of daily consumption of flavonoids such as EGCG.

How to prepare the matcha

At first glance, the green powder may seem strange to you, but the options for its preparation are really a lot. The most important thing to remember is that the uterus is not dissolved by itself. You must stir it into your food or drink to avoid the formation of lumps. We like to consume it in the form of tea, but you can make your matcha latte (either warm or cold) or add it to smoothie, fresh or by ordering the oats for breakfast.

Daily dose

One gram per day is quite enough. The content of the useful properties in it amounts to an average of 10 cups of plain green tea. That's what we call the superfood matcha.

Where does the green color come from?

In the last two weeks of the growing process, the matcha leaves grow in the shade for maximum production of chlorophyll and amino acids. The dried leaves are crushed to a fine powder of granite stones. Immediately afterwards, it is packed in a sealed container for the full preservation of the nutrient properties.

Caffeine content

The mattress, like any other green tea, naturally contains a small amount of caffeine.

The content of the amino acid L-teanine in the mat is greater than that in the ordinary green tea. The combination of caffeine and L-teanine helps to increase concentration. The energizing properties of the mat act uniformly throughout the day.

You're not a tea lover?

We've got to hand it to you. You're missing some great drinks. If you want to get the beneficial properties of the uterus and you don't like the taste of green tea, you can add it to many other foods and beverages. Our advice: To kill completely specific and strong taste, add the uterus to smoothie or flush.

Why is the price of the mattress so high?

The high quality organic matcha is obtained from the best, specially raised green tea leaves. It requires a means and a time to prepare. Although not always the high price is of high quality, the matcha is exactly the same.

The teapot matcha or P&T that we offer is entirely organic, with very high quality, which is why its price is higher.
