For over a decade, QUO Coffee has worked closely with Colombian producers Sandra and Hector, building a friendship alongside their long-standing sourcing relationship. The couple are deeply committed to quality, cultivating mainly Caturra and Tabi varieties on their farm.

Their Pink Bourbon lot stands out for its remarkable sweetness, reminiscent of panela, and its harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity. This combination makes it an exceptional choice for filter brewing.
