For the lovers of specialty coffees, a floral-chocolate-caramel Pink Bourbon coffee from Colombia

Oscar Alvarado's parents started growing coffee 30 years ago on their farm near the town of Charguayaco in the Huila region of Colombia. Oscar got involved in the work very early on, thanks to him they turned from the direction of "mass cafes" to specialties. In 2007, the farm won the "Cup of Excellence" award, which is one of the highest recognitions for coffee growers in the region. The El Triunfo farm covers only three hectares, where Oscar grows 4 varieties of Arabica with his wife and two children.
